Kristin McDonald is the Arizona Managing Attorney located in the Scottsdale office of Hladik, Onorato & Federman, LLP. With more than 15 years of experience representing creditors throughout Arizona’s state and federal courts, Kristin has represented secured lenders and financial institutions in bankruptcy proceedings, foreclosure related litigation, title curative matters, eviction actions, distribution and applications for surplus funds, judicial foreclosures, and non-judicial foreclosure compliance.
Kristin obtained her Juris Doctorate Degree in 2007 from Roger Williams University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theatre in 2004 from Arizona State University. Kristin is admitted to practice in the State of Arizona, the District of Arizona, the District of New Mexico, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
Kristin is a Barrister Member of the Arizona Bankruptcy American Inn of Court, served as a member of the 2021-2022 Arizona Bankruptcy Local Rules Advisory Committee, and has received an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale Hubbell, ranking her at the highest level of professional excellence for legal knowledge, communication, skills, and ethical standards.
