James M. McArdle, Esquire
James M. McArdle is licensed in Illinois and Michigan. He is also admitted in the federal courts for the Northern District of Illinois, the Central District of Illinois, the Southern District of Illinois, the Western District of Wisconsin, the Eastern District of Michigan, the Western District of Michigan, the Northern District of Indiana, and the Southern District of Indiana.
Jim graduated with a double major in Spanish and Philosophy from the University of Illinois, from the University of Iowa with a Masters in Spanish Language and Literature and from the DePaul University College of Law. He has represented debtors, Fortune 500 companies, banks, credit unions and other creditors in consumer and commercial bankruptcy, as well as chapter 7 trustees. He has handled cases in chapters 7, 9, 11, 12, 13 and 15. Jim has also represented clients in civil litigation in state courts.
