Douglas Sullivan



Douglas Sullivan, Esquire is an associate with Hladik, Onorato & Federman, LLP.  His primary area of practice is default servicing in which he represents mortgage lenders, servicers and investors in matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  In addition to default servicing, Douglas has experience in Criminal law, serving as an intern in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office. As a certified legal intern, Douglas advocated on behalf of the Commonwealth in plea colloquies and a non-jury trial. Douglas also worked on a number of jury trials from jury selection to verdict.

Douglas is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Douglas received his Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law.  During law school, Douglas competed in the Buffalo-Niagara National Mock Trial competition and the Student Involvement Chair with the Student Bar Association at Duquesne. Douglas was a member of the Federal Litigation Clinic, where he represented indigent clients before the Third Circuit and represented a client in the Western District of Pennsylvania.  Prior to law school, Douglas earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Elementary Education and Special Education from Kutztown University.

Douglas is the Director of the Pennsylvania and Central Atlantic Areas YMCA Teen Leadership School, and serves on the Membership Committee of the North Penn YMCA, the Montgomery County Drug and Alcohol Planning Council, the Towamencin Township Parks and Open Space Committee, and the Environmental Advisory Council.  He also works closely with community-centered non-profit organizations, and is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association.

In his free time, Douglas enjoys managing his Fantasy Football team, sports, traveling, and drinking espresso.
