Pamela Cunningham, Esquire is an associate with Hladik, Onorato & Federman, LLP. Her primary areas of practice are default servicing and civil litigation in which she represents mortgage lenders, servicers and investors. She handles the firm’s New Jersey default serving practice, and represents clients in civil litigation matters in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In addition to default servicing-related civil litigation, Pamela represents clients in a variety of non-default servicing matters ranging from landlord-tenant matters to tax issues with the City of Philadelphia. In addition, Pamela has expertise in representing municipalities, developers, and property investors in land development and zoning matters.

Pamela is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Pamela is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association.

Pamela received her Juris Doctorate from the Roger Williams University School of Law. During law school, she interned with the Rhode Island Attorney General, clerked with the Honorable Edwin J. Gale, and was a Sea Grant Law Fellow. Prior to law school, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gettysburg College.

In her free time, Pamela is an avid traveler, reader, and skier, and enjoys spending time at the beach.
